What makes it a street legal golf cart?
Street legal golf carts have quickly become very popular in and around suburbs and rural housing developments. Also known as low speed vehicles and neighborhood electric vehicles, most street legal carts are defined by the following criteria:

Following certain restrictions, neighborhood carts can operate on public roads with a speed limit of 35 miles per hour, but are limited to top speed of 25 miles per hour. While street legal golf carts are best used for short trips in your neighborhood, fully charged cart has an approximate driving range of up to 60 miles. Recharging can take anywhere from 2 - 8 hours to complete depending on use and voltage connections.
